Tour Itinerary 

Day 01:

Rishikesh to Joshimath (10 Hours Drive )
The group assembles at the pick-up point by 06:00 AM. We'll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing would also be provided. Afterwhich, we’ll head out for Joshimath. We'll reach Joshimath by the evening and check into our respective rooms in the designated hotel. Dinner will be served in the evening.
 

*The pick-up point would be Rishikesh ISBT (tentative).


Day 02:

Joshimath  to Dhurkund Campsite via Village Karchhon | 15 km by car |  3 km Trek, Overnight Stay at Dhurkund Campsite
We'll reach Camp by the afternoon and check into our campsite followed by lunch.
The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay at Campsite.

Day 03:

Dhurkund Campsite  to Dyalishera Stay |  6 km, Overnight Stay at Dyalishera Stay
We'll reach Camp by the afternoon and check into our campsite followed by lunch.
The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay in Dyalishera Campsite.


Day 04:

Dyalishera Campsite to Village Karchhon

Early in the morning Hike to Pagarchula base camp and have a Beautiful view of the Himalayan range.

after Breakfast returns back to Village Kerchon, Lunch will be served in the village. The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in the Village Karchhon

Day 05:

Way to  Rishikesh (265 KMS/10 HRS)
Early in the morning drive to Rishikesh via Rudraprayag & Devprayag. 

Return to Rishikesh by late afternoon

  • Accommodation: 2 Nights in a Hotel / Homestay in Joshimath on a triple sharing basis. 3 Nights Tented Accommodation on a triple sharing basis.

  • Transportation: Surface transfer from Rishikesh - Joshimath - Rishikesh by Sumo / Bolero / Tempo Traveler (Depending on the number of travelers).

  • Meals: All vegetarian meals from day 1st Dinner to day 5th Morning tea Only.

Cancellation Policy

 

The Trans Himalayan reserves the right to cancel trips. The Trans Himalayan is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by preparing for the trip (for example non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, clothing, equipment, visa fees, medical expenses, etc.).

  • If you cancel or leave a multi-day trip for any reason:

  • More than 60 days prior to the trip start date, we will grant you a full refund less a INR 2500 per person administrative fee.

  • Between 59 and 30 days prior to the trip start date, we will retain 25 percent of the trip cost

  • Between 29 and 15 days prior to the trip start date, we will retain 75 percent of the trip cost.

  • Less than 15 days prior to the trip start date, or once the trip has begun, there will be no refund.

  • Day Hike Cancellation Policy: 50% refund with 48 hours notice; no refund within 48 hours
